We have made every effort to display product colours, finishes and images as accurately as possible.
However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colours or finishes will exactly represent the physical product. Variations may occur due to screen calibration, lighting conditions, materials used, and manufacturing processes.
Minor variations in colour, finish or appearance do not constitute a product fault.
5.3 Custom & Bespoke Products
Some products and services offered by Mucky Nutz Ltd are custom-made or bespoke, including (but not limited to) custom-branded, personalised or made-to-order items.
Custom products are produced based on specifications, artwork, colours or approvals provided or agreed by the customer.
Once production has commenced, custom or bespoke products cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, except where the product is faulty or not supplied as agreed, in accordance with your statutory rights.
5.4 Colour Matching for Custom Products
Where colour matching is requested or agreed for custom products:
- Colour matching is carried out to the closest achievable match using available materials and production methods
- Exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed across different materials, finishes or production batches
- Reasonable colour variation is considered normal and does not constitute a defect
Customers are responsible for approving proofs, samples or artwork prior to production where these are provided.
5.5 Product Expectations
We do not warrant that products or services will meet individual expectations beyond what is expressly stated in product descriptions, specifications or agreed approvals.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods or services supplied incorrectly.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

13.2 Product Use & Normal Interaction
Mucky Nutz Ltd products are designed to be fitted to bicycles and may come into contact with bicycle frames, forks or related surfaces.
Over time, such contact may result in surface wear to paint, lacquer or coatings, including rubbing, scuffing or marking. This may occur due to normal riding conditions, vibration, micro-movement, dirt or grit, or general use.
Such surface wear is considered a normal outcome of use for bicycle accessories of this type and does not indicate a manufacturing defect.
13.3 Warranty Scope
Surface wear to bicycle paint, coatings or finishes resulting from contact with a Mucky Nutz Ltd product does not constitute product failure and is not covered under warranty.
13.4 Frame Protection Materials
Where customers choose to apply frame-protection films, padding or similar materials, whether supplied by Mucky Nutz Ltd or obtained elsewhere, they do so at their own discretion.
Mucky Nutz Ltd makes no representation or warranty regarding the suitability, compatibility, effectiveness or removal of such materials and accepts no liability for cosmetic effects resulting from their use.
13.5 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mucky Nutz Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or services.
