Our Values
At Mucky Nutz, we don’t just make cycling parts and accessories - we’re all about adventure. Whether it’s on two wheels, two feet, or scrambling up a rocky path, we’re happiest when we’re outside, pushing limits, and probably getting a bit muddy in the process.
Based in the Cornish coastal town of Bude, with the wild Atlantic on one side and the rugged beauty of Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor on the other, we’re lucky to be surrounded by some of the UK’s best riding, running, and hiking terrain. It inspires everything we do.
Innovation That Works (And Lasts)
We design products that solve real problems for real adventurers. No gimmicks. No pointless bells and whistles. Just smart, lightweight, durable gear that keeps you moving - whether you’re hammering a gravel trail, rolling through the city, or tearing down a mountain track.
Respect For The Planet
The outdoors is our playground, so we want to protect it. We’re working to reduce waste, improve packaging, and use sustainable materials wherever we can. We’re not perfect (yet), but we’re determined to leave the trails, paths, and moors we love better than we found them.
Respect For People
From our team to our suppliers and customers, we believe in fair treatment, respect, and responsibility. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, or unsafe working conditions. It’s not just a statement - it’s a line we never cross.
Community Counts
Born in the UK’s riding scene, Mucky Nutz has grown up alongside a passionate community of riders, runners, and outdoor lovers. We support local events, clubs, and shops whenever we can - and we’re always ready for a chat at the trailhead, café, or (let’s be honest) the pub.
Keep It Fun
We take our products seriously - but ourselves? Not so much. We believe the outdoors is meant to be fun, messy, and sometimes a little ridiculous. Our mission is simple: to protect your vital parts - you and your bike - so you can ride, roam and laugh harder.
Listening, Learning, Improving
We thrive on feedback - whether it’s glowing praise, sharp critique, or a hilariously blunt one‑liner that makes us snort our coffee. A rider’s comment can send us back to the drawing board, and a windy day on the Cornish cliffs might just spark the next big idea.
Got an idea, a question, or a muddy tale from the trails? Sling it our way! Drop us a line or give us a shout on social. Your stories keep us tinkering, testing, and making gear that’s ready for whatever adventure you throw at it.
