We want your experience with us to be as smooth as possible, from placing your order to receiving it. Below you’ll find information about shipping, tracking and our delivery partners.

UK Shipping

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK: 

EU Shipping

We ship EU orders using Royal Mail International Tracked.

For orders valued at €150 or less, we use the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system, meaning VAT is collected at checkout. Our EU shipping charge also includes the temporary €3 flat-rate customs duty applied to low-value consignments imported into the EU.

This means that, for eligible orders of €150 or less, there should normally be no additional VAT or customs charges to pay on delivery.

Orders valued at over €150 fall outside the IOSS scheme and may be subject to local import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

USA Shipping

We ship orders to the United States using Royal Mail International Tracked.

US orders are sent using a Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) service. This means applicable US customs duties and Royal Mail customs handling charges are paid by Mucky Nutz, so you should not be asked to pay additional customs charges on delivery.

Any US state or local sales or use taxes are separate from customs duties and are governed by the tax rules applicable in your state.

Rest of World Shipping

We ship to selected destinations worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked and, where appropriate, other trusted international couriers.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, orders to destinations outside the UK, EU and USA are sent Delivered at Place (DAP). This means your order may be subject to local import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees when it enters your country.

These charges are not included in the price paid to Mucky Nutz and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

For tracked orders, you’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

International tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after your parcel leaves the UK.

If you don’t receive your tracking details, please contact us.

Returns

We hope you love your order, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in their original condition.
