Built for the rough stuff, the Zennor takes its name from Cornwall’s wild granite coast and the West Kernow Way. At 500mm long, it delivers serious front-end protection against mud, gravel, spray, and whatever else the trail throws at you, while keeping a low-profile look that blends seamlessly into your bike.

Made in the UK from recycled plastic, the Zennor is lightweight, tough, and tough-trail ready. Quick to fit, whip off, and rattle-free, it’s designed for modern gravel riding on 650B or 700C wheels, with tyres up to 50mm wide.

Protecting your vital parts, wherever the ride takes you.

FAQs

What bikes does the Zennor guard fit?

The Zennor is designed for gravel and adventure bikes running 650B or 700C wheels with tyres up to 50 mm wide.

How do I fit it?

It’s tool-free! Simply thread the non-slip fasteners through the slots in the arm - making sure to out them in the right way - and adjust to length. Fit the guard loosely to your fork legs and tighten when happy, for a silent, secure fit.

Will it rattle or rub my tyre?

Nope. The Zennor’s snug fit and smooth underside keep it quiet and rub-free, while the curved profile provides plenty of clearance for modern gravel tyres.

Can I leave it on all year?

Absolutely. It’s made to handle everything from wet winter miles to dry, dusty summer gravel - tough, stable, and happy to live on your bike full-time.

What’s it made from?

Proudly made in the UK from 100 % recycled plastic - lightweight, durable, and built to take a beating without breaking.

Can I use it with other Mucky Nutz guards?

The Rear Zennor Gravel Guard is a while off yet but you can still pair it with other guards from Mucky Nutz, like the Rear Fender, or guards from other brands.

How much does it weigh?

Around 60g - light enough that you’ll forget it’s there until you hit the muck.
