EU and International orders are subject to customs charges and import duty, as set out by your local authority. These charges are in addition to the shipping fee, and are to be paid by the customer.
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail with standard insurance and are posted within 1 working day of the order being processed.
Orders placed before 2pm GMT are posted the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are posted out the next working day.
International postage delivery times can vary and delays are possible at certain times of the year and due to customs processing.
Mucky Nutz will obtain a record of postage in case of loss or delay during shipping but does not accept liability for the loss or delay. Where a delay exists the customer must follow Royal Mail's compensation claim policy.
In summary, Royal Mail requires the following grace period for orders to arrive, before a claim can be made:

Tracked & Signed parcels will require a signature on delivery. If there is no-one at home at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left by the carrier and the parcel will be returned to depot, for collection or re-delivery. If parcels are not claimed within the allotted time (usually 7 days) they may be returned to sender. Mucky Nutz will not be held liable for parcels that have not been claimed following unsuccessful delivery, and we are not liable to refund the order in these circumstances.
You will receive an email confirming each stage of the order process and a final message to say it's been posted.

You will receive the tracking code via email with a link to the carrier website, within 48hrs of the order being shipped.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logo and PayPal.
All UK orders are subject to VAT, which is included at the point of sale.
All non-UK orders are subject to Zero Rated VAT. Please note, however, that the buyer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes, associated with their respective country. If in doubt, please contact us.
We'd like you to love everything you order from us but know that's not always the case. So, instead, we offer a no quibble, no questions asked returns policy. That is, if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, for any reason, we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us unused with original labels and/or packaging, including proof of purchase, within 21 days of receiving your order.
Please allow 5 working days for us to process your return.

Postage for all returns is to be paid for by the customer and is non-refundable unless the goods are returned for a warranty issue that has been approved by Mucky Nutz.
Or under exceptional circumstances where Mucky Nutz has approved to pay for postage costs under our complete discretion.
For this reason, please provide proof of postage cost with your returned item/s for refunding.
We'd prefer there not to be any issues and we are always working to minimise them but for the few cases where defects do occur we provide peace-of-mind, as all our products are covered by a 12 months warranty, from the original purchase date, against defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise mentioned.
This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable.
