International orders (and EU orders over 150 Euros) are subject to customs charges and import duty, as set out by your local authority. These charges are in addition to the shipping fee and are to be paid by the customer.

All orders are processed and dispatched the following working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Bude: a beautiful coastal town in Cornwall, United Kingdom.  

You will receive an email confirming each stage of the order process, and a final message to say it's been dispatched.

The stages are as follows: -

• Pending: Your order has been received and is in a queue to be processed.
  
• Processing: Your order is in our hands and being put together.
• Shipped: Your order has been dispatched.
