HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Standard Shipping & order value less than £20: £3
Standard Shipping & order value of £20 or more: Free
Express Shipping & order value less than £50: £5
Express Shipping & order value of £50 or more: Free

For Channel Island orders: -

Order value less than £50: £5
Order value of £50 or more: Free

For EU orders (Tracked): -

Order value less than £100: £10
Order value of £100 or more: Free

For International orders (Tracked): -

Order value less than £100: £15
Order value of £100 or more: Free

International orders are subject to customs charges and import duty, as set out by each country's local authority. These charges are in addition to the shipping fee and are to be paid for by the customer.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT/BST) are posted the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 14:00 are posted the following working day.

HOW WILL I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

WHERE IS MY TRACKING CODE?

You will received a tracking code via email with a link to the carrier website, withing 2 working days of your order being shipped. You will also find it in your account details, if you have created one.
