EU orders over 150 Euros and International orders are subject to customs charges and import duty, as set out by your local authority. These charges are in addition to the shipping fee and are to be paid by the customer.

Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT/BST) are posted the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 14:00 are posted the next working day.

  • UK Standard Shipping (Tracked 48) is typically delivered within 2 - 3 working days.
  • UK Express Shipping (Tracked 24) is typically delivered within 1-2 working days.
  • EU orders typically take 3 - 5 working days to arrive.
  • International orders typically take 5 - 10 working days to arrive. 

A tracking link will be provided within your dispatch confirmation email.

Please note that delivery lead times can vary, and delays are possible due to circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive an email confirming each stage of the order process, and a final message to say it's been dispatched.

The stages are as follows: -

  • Awaiting Payment: If paying by eCheque, via PayPal.
  • Pending: Your payment has cleared and the order is in the queue to be processed.
  • Processing: Your order is in our hands and being put together.
  • Shipped: Your order has been dispatched.

A tracking link will be provided within the dispatch confirmation email.

You will receive the tracking code within your dispatch confirmation email, with a link to the carrier website.

International orders are dispatched with Royal Mail, who will then pass the order over to your national delivery service once the parcel arrives in your country. You can track this full process using the same tracking link and reference number throughout.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logo and PayPal.

All UK orders are subject to VAT, which is included at the point of sale.

All EU orders up to a value of 150 Euros are also subject to VAT, which is included at the point of sale.

EU orders in excess of 150 Euros and orders from other international regions are subject to Zero Rated VAT. Please note, however, that the buyer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes, associated with their respective country. If in doubt, please contact us

Returns

We'd like you to love everything you order from us but know that's not always the case. So, instead, we offer a no quibble, no questions asked returns policy. That is, if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, for any reason, we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us unused with original labels and/or packaging, including proof of purchase, within 21 days of receiving your order.

Please allow 5 working days for us to process your return.

Note: If you have purchased goods through one of our stockists or dealers please arrange your return directly with them.

Postage for all returns is to be paid for by the customer and is non-refundable unless the goods are returned for a warranty issue that has been approved by Mucky Nutz.

Or under exceptional circumstances where Mucky Nutz has approved to pay for postage costs under our complete discretion.

For this reason, please provide proof of postage cost with your returned item/s for refund.

Warranty

We'd prefer there not to be any issues and we are always working hard to minimise them but for the few cases where defects do occur we provide peace of mind, as all our products are covered by a 12 months warranty from the original purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise mentioned.

This warranty only applies to the original owner and is non-transferable.

If your product has developed a fault and you bought direct from us, please contact us before returning any goods to avoid unnecessary postage fees and inconvenience. We'll then work with you to find the best solution.

If you bought your Mucky Nutz product from another retailer, please contact them directly when filing a warranty claim.
